Celebrate Spring with the Wineries of Ontario
Spring has officially arrived, so here are a few of the great seasonal events taking place in Wine Country:

Easter Weekend

Spend Easter in Ontario Wine Country Wineries are closed Good Friday and Easter Sunday but there are still lots of things to see and do in wine country. Tasting rooms are open Saturday and Monday, so why not make a weekend of it?

There are so many things you can find to do in Ontario's four wine regions: hike a trail or take a drive along the parkway in Niagara; visit an antique store in Prince Edward County; tour the greenhouses in Essex County on Lake Erie's North Shore and and enjoy the outdoors; or take a ferry to Canada's southernmost point on Pelee Island.

Visit the Wines of Ontario website and view a complete listing of events year-round.

Choosing between a Pinot Noir and Chardonnay to sample could be the hardest choice runners will make throughout the weekend, as each winery will be showcasing distinct varietals at the Runner's Expo, as well as along the picturesque course, and at the finish-line area street party in downtown Jordan.
